Q: How long does it take to receive our photos?

A: Your digital gallery of edited photos will be delivered within 90 days. Delivery times may vary for physical products.

Q: How can our guests see our photos?

A: Your digital gallery will be available for viewing to your guests. They can download any and all photos for no additional cost, and if they choose may purchase physical prints. If given a list of email addresses beforehand, we can make sure that your guests receive an email alert as soon as the photos are ready for viewing.

Q: What kind of equipment do you use?

A: For the bulk of our work we use professional-grade interchangeable lens digital cameras with a combination of flawless modern lenses and full-of-character vintage lenses. When requested to shoot analog, we supplement our digital cameras with 35mm, medium format and instant film cameras.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are based in Long Beach, CA and generally serve the Southern California region. The furthest we’ve traveled for a wedding is Palm Springs. However, if your wedding is further out we would love to travel to shoot for you. Please contact us for more details.

Q: How do you edit your photos?

A: We do light editing for color and lighting, along with minor retouching for blemishes.

Q: Are you LGBTQ+-friendly?

A: Yes! We serve all families regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation.

Q: Have you ever shot a _____ wedding before?

A: We have shot weddings for a variety of cultures and religions including: American Protestant, Catholic, Muslim, Mexican, Lebanese, Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, combination Vietnamese/Chinese, Jewish, combination Jewish/Spanish Catholic and secular.

Q: What languages do you speak?

A: Our primary photographer is fluent in English and has enough proficiency in Japanese to get us through the wedding day if needed. Upon request, we will do our best to provide a second shooter or associate shooter who is fluent in Spanish.

Q: How many photos do we receive?

A: All of the best ones! Unlike some photography companies, we do not place an arbitrary limit on the number of photos you receive. If the photo is worthy, it will not be discarded. A good estimate for how many you will receive is 50 photos per hour booked.

Q: Can we have all the photos?

A: To build on the above, we make sure to give you all of the best photos captured from your day. Wedding photographers very rarely deliver every single photo taken on the day of the wedding, because that would result in delivering a large number of shots that are either redundant or below the level of quality that you deserve.

Q: Can we have the RAW files?

A: Wedding photographers rarely deliver RAW files. These files are unfinished products that do not properly reflect the quality of our work, and therefore are not fit for delivery.

Q: Do you offer services outside of wedding day coverage?

A: Yes! We also offer engagement sessions, elopements, coverage for bachelor(ette) parties, engagement parties, pre-wedding boudoir, rehearsal dinner coverage and more. Please contact us for more information.

Q: Your most affordable wedding day package is out of our budget. Are there any other options?

A: Yes! We also offer standalone engagement shoots and elopement packages starting at $800.

Q: Do you also do video?

A: We hope to begin offering full service video packages in 2024. As of now, we can only offer video services in limited capacities. We can offer short highlight reel videos for non-wedding day bookings (listed above). For day-of-wedding coverage, we can offer simple recordings of ceremony and speeches. Please contact us for more information.
